As soon as I am able to determine whether there is an interest by the
people who remain on-list, I shall at some point appoint a moderator
or two.

First of all though, I'd like to hear from others on this list about
whether or not they are still "on board".

Yes, it's always hard when good members leave. Now to the task of
continuing discussion about language origins and their families.
BTW, Richard, your presence in this group is still recognized and I
do hope you decide to remain with us.
