Actually it might be the other way around, with Sumerian loan words
in PIE. Some have suggested that IE *kweklo (wheel - circle) comes
from Sumerian *gigir.

And then again, the examples found may even come from a third (now
extinct) language (Perhaps a member of the Hurro-Urartuan family - my
favourite guess).
