Dravidian is generally considered to be Nostratic. If you and your
browser have the patience, there is a review of the term 'Nostratic'
at the end of the Long Ranger no. 31 -

suggested that Sumerian, Elamite and Dravidian form a group within
Nostratic, but I'm not sure how well that view is supported now that
the Elamo-Dravidian hypothesis has fallen out of favour. FWIW, gLeN
doesn't support the sub-grouping at
