So did I, and you're probably right. That's what the question mark
was about. The "Bantu" epithet comes from the book I took it from
which I found on the shelf with Very Odd Books at the linguistics
library. It also has very odd sets of comparisons. I hope his sources
are OK. He doesn't promote any theory of PAn - African connection, so
at least he's not biased in that direction.

But BTW whenever I find an article on unusual comparisons, it seems
for some reason *k-r- "turn, round, circle, sphere, head" and *k-r-n-
"horn" are there, whatever the reason is.
