No it isn't! If you look, at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cybalist/
, you will find that the second line in the box entitled 'Description'
says, 'Member of The Indo-European Database', with the last three
words underlined. You should be able to find out from your browser,
without left-clicking on them, that they form a hyperlink to
http://www.indoeuropean.net . (If you use Internet Explorer,
right-click and look at 'properties'.) Behold the URL!
