You didn't understand my comparison. I already stated that like
the idea of a genetic Eve where "Eve" is one of many women of
her village, Proto-World would have been one of many languages at
the time. It's just that only Eve's line (or Proto-World's)
survived the test of time. All the rest eventually petered out.
