The entries on Starostin's website are from Burrow and Emeneau's
Dravidian Etymological Dictionary. Last I heard, Burrow and Emeneau
did not provide asterisked reconstructions for their items, just the
data from the different branches of Dravidian, so the *Proto-Dravidian
is probably Starostin's.
