Three ships lay there in-front-of piers, all which Icelandic men owned.

Eitt skip átti Brandur hinn örvi son Vermundar Þorgrímssonar.
Brandr the Charitable (örvi = örláti)  owned one ship, son of Vermundr Þorgrímr’s-son.

Annað skip átti Hallfreður vandræðaskáld. Þriðja skip áttu bræður tveir. Hét annar Bjarni en
