Sure, I'll reply, but I'm not really intertested in dicussing it either on a language list. It struck me funny because one is always hearing things along the lines of someone not being a "real" christian, asatruar, or whatever. Genuine is the word that jumped out at me. You appear to be saying an Asatruar cannot have negative aspects to their personality and be genuine.

I'm not as up on the language as you are, but I really did not know the word trú carried the moral connotations you have abscribed to it. If nothing else, I've learned more about the language. You are not going to explain it to me, but I sincerely cannot see what being racist or violent has to do with having a "genuine" belief in the holy ones. You judge others easily and write as the christians do in my country. Only the terms are different. The LOL was because it still amazes me when someone, as almost happens daily, decides they know the hearts and minds of others. Especially those they disagree with.
Okay, I explained my use of genuine and LOL. Back to learning mode.
