Most of the references you see are from Zoëga's "concise dictionary of
Old Icelandic". Several online versions are available:

Zoëga's is actually a subset of a larger dictionary from Cleasby and Vigfusson:

As for the texts themselves, several translations are available online
too on archive.org, books.google.com, sagadb.org .
