'bíða' is subordinated to 'láta', which is subordinated to 'vil'.
'mín' "me" is the object of 'bíða', genitive because 'bíða' takes a
genitive object for the thing or person waited for. So it's not "I
want you to let me wait", but "I want you to let me be waited for",
i.e. "I want you to wait for me".
