I think Mary's suggestion is very well and logical - serving the Honoured Guests first
Serving them with the best, and it might seem to the respected people that Gunnar's
outburst at Hallgerð made the food seem less tasteful, it may have been carried away
and the other food re-distributed so that it- of itself - honestly obtained would seem to
be better because of that fact
