Hi there Partrice,

Some Glossary [Si tu veut]:
hraustur: is physically strong, connected to strong health; so we
could say robust?

óþveginn (not "brain"washed: less ethical tactics ). According to
adages: he is vulgar, brutal, coarse.
Is this meaning also included in "unwashed": the English term ?

Atli is also named Atlas elsewhere.

Leginum < Lögur-inn: is water in Sweden [:the Vanern?]. hann lá af
liggja: he (his ship) laid.

"því að ekki dugir ófreistað": "nothing venture nothing gain" or
rephrase " utilise tout les moyen possibles" "nota öll tiltæk
meðul".

Nú sjá þeir er í sundinu eru að skip fara að þeim og segja Atla til.
Now they see which in the sound are, that ships are approaching them
and they informe Atli of it.
Segja til: delate also.
Thanks Uoden.
