Hi. I've been signed up with Norse Course for quite some time now, but I long ago decided that it might be more beneficial to me (as one who wants to learn many more Old Germanic languages) to start with Old English.

Thus far, I've read Brue Mitchel's "A Guide to Old English" and "Woard Hoard: An Introduction to Old English Vocabulary" and bits of other grammars.

I feel ok about these resources, but has anyone out there already learned OE? What books or study methods do you recommend?

Thank you, wes thu hal!
Justin
