Good question. You're supposed to use the indefinite form here, though that may not be clear from the explanations in the lessons. I honestly don't remember those lessons very well. It's been a long time since we wrote them...

(= all the cheese)

The pronoun/adjective "allr" never takes the indefinite form. I don't know why :)
