All right -- here is mine. I'm feeling quite rusty. I still haven't had time to work on verbs, so these are all past tense whether they really are or not.......  BTW, I'm a librarian, and we sign people up to use the computers, and I had a guy named Audun yesterday!

He sailed to the west away from the fjords under the patronage of a good farmer (named) Thorstein,
 
ok Þóris stýrimanns, er þar hafði þegit vist of vetrinn með Þorsteini. 
and - Þórir - shipcaptain - who - there - had - received - employment - through - the winter - with - Þorsteinn
and a skipper Thorir, who had been working for Thorstein through the winter.
 
Auðun var ok þar, ok starfaði fyrir honum Þóri,

ok þá þessi laun af honum, útanferðina ok hans umsjá.

before - he - stepped - on - ship - and - was - agreed on - for - three - years - subsistence
before he boarded ship, and it was agreed that (it would pay) for three years food and lodging.
