Heill Pelle,

It is from Fornaldarsögur Norðurlanda. Þáttr af Ragnars Sonum, chapter 3.
It's online at:

http://server.fhp.uoregon.edu/norse/

The New Intro to Old Norse Glossary gives the pp. of láta as látinn. Is
látit an alternate form?

best regards,

-Alfta

Látit is obviously pp. of láta. However, the sentence
looks rather strange. Would you mind quoting the source
of this, so I can first make sure it is correct?

Regards
Pelle
