Dear Sarah,

I'm only a beginner, but this is my tentative opinion.

Hon er maer, ok henni thjona thaer er meyjar andask.
She is a maiden and they(feminine) serve her that which a maiden longs for.

er who, which, that; [[here THAT WHICH]]

meyja = maer

andast [[andask is an older version]], to breathe one's last, die

Anyway, my interpretation is of course doubtful, as I'm very much a beginner, but do you know this excellent online dictionary?

What brought you to Old Norse?

Cheers,

Simon
