This is a very frequently asked question. Unless things have changed recently,
there are no ON to english dictionaries in print, and no english to ON
dictionaries at all. Moreover, what dictionaries I've found for modern
Icelandic to and from English have seemed small and limited.

On the other hand, the complete Zoega is available on line. The ongoing
project is simply converting it from gifs to html. (Given the likelihood
of transcription errors in that process, I'm glad they are also keeping
the gifs available.)
