I can certainly sympathise with having to listen to professors expouse the
favourite rhetoric in class, and I don't think it makes much of a
difference whether I agree with their opinion or not - it still gets pretty
odious.

I hope my comments, such as the difference between RTF and MS-RTF weren't
conveying such an attitude, as I was trying to explain without inserting my
opinion of the tactics which produced the difference....

I think the conclusion the two of you seem to have reached, of publishing
in text, HTML and MS-RTF should address everyone's needs to see the lessons
with the intended appearance.

However, I found it ironic to find Haukur's comments about preaching
rhetoric answered with simply a different rhetoric:

I was tempted to comment more directly, but this isn't the place and I'd
