Here's a program that some of you may have seen recommended on the Norsefolks
list for making the special characters. This one is more intuitive then
keeping the high ASCII charts about. It seems to work real well, and adds some
features to the PC/Windows desktop that I was used to with the Mac (including
some short macros).
