It appears that I made some rather bad mistakes with Lesson 2.
I seem to have sent out a more or less correct txt file but an old
version in the doc file. Please replace them both with this updated
txt file.
A couple of people found errors in the lesson (thank you!) and
in the txt file I'm sending now they are corrected.
I'm also working on putting the lesson online.
