Instead of merely claiming that "Tolkappiam mentions Panini's work on phoentics (siksha) as Pirappiyal and Bharata'ss Natya Shastra as Meyppattiyal", pl compare those works and Sutras in details.
Tholkappiyar never mentioned anything about Indra or Aindra. It is mentioned by panambāranār (பனம்பாரனார்) only in his Special prologue to Tholkappiyam.
Tholkappiyar never referred any veda with great honor. It is mentioned by panambāranār (பனம்பாரனார்) only about āsān of adhangodu அதங்கோட்டு ஆசான் who fully aware of 4 secrets [நான்மறை] of (Virtue, wealth, pleasure and Deliverance from rebirth) who was present in the court of நிலம் தரு திருவின் பாண்டியன்.
Varnamala and technical terms mentioned by Tholkappiyam are totally different from Paninis' śivasūtrāṇi (Siva Sutras) and etc. For that reason, panambāranār (பனம்பாரனார்) has said மயங்கா மரபின் எழுத்து முறை காட்டி. Tholkappiyar has shown the original writing order/system of Tamil, without any deviation and confusion. It is further clearly mentioned by him that,
செந்தமிழ் இயற்கை சிவணிய நிலத்தொடு
முந்து நூல் கண்டு முறைப்பட எண்ணிப்
Pl check the dictionary meaning of "வரைப்பு" mentioned in the Special prologue of Tholkappiyam for the sentence "மல்கு நீர்" வரைப்பின் ஐந்திரம் நிறைந்த". Ancient Tamil Nadu has sea as boundary (Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean and Bay of Bengal) in East, West and South directions. Said usage by panambāranār (பனம்பாரனார்) will tell much about the region of Aindra.
Tholkappiyar specially wanted to define writing, word, and meaning of Colloquial Tamil instead of poetic Tamil.
வழக்கும் செய்யுளும் ஆயிரு முதலின்
எழுத்தும் சொல்லும் பொருளும் நாடிச்
Tholkappiyar had no need to refer Sanskrit poetic Grammar to write a grammar for colloquial Tamil during the period of Tholkappiyar. He referred only previous Tamil grammar in the Tamil country as per the following words.
செந்தமிழ் இயற்கை சிவணிய நிலத்தொடு
முந்து நூல் கண்டு முறைப்பட எண்ணிப் (reiterated)
Pl do not rely upon the views of Akhanda Bharata/Aryan Extremists having poor knowledge over Tamil language and history. They gave you wrong information/interpretation.

Verse 1, Tolkappiyar refers to Indra school of Grammar

corroborating account for Indra, as mentioned in Tolkappiam.

Verse 2 , Tolkappiyar refers to Vedas with great honor, with
reference to righteousness.

முற்றிய அதங்கோட்டு ஆசாற்கு அரில் தபத் தெரிந்து
