But remember that Galicia belonged to the Suevi until c. 525. The Suevi obstensibly spoke something akin to the ancestor of Swabian --if the equation between Suevi and Schwab/Swoop is correct. OTOH, it could just be a name that gets repeated e.g. if Svea comes from the same root
In any case, any Gothic influence in Galicia would have been marginal due to its late incorporation into the Visigoth Kingdom and it status as a backwater for that kingdom
