I've been on it for the last 3 years, on and off. It's not barfarama, as in the movies, but it does leave you in a mental fog many times. My cancer is terminal but I've outlived most people. They tell me I'm in good physical condition despite all the weight steroids have added and all the stress to my organs. But it's a long term game of whack-a-mole by zapping or excising tumors.
