AFAIK there're quite a bunch of Arabic words without Semitic cognates,
but they could Wanderwörter as likely as substrate loanwords.
However, I've detected genuine Semitic words which are Vasco-Caucasian
loanwords, likely indicating a language replacement in the Near East
area.
