I disagree. To begin with, IE *-pr- gives regularly Celtic *-br-. Secondly, the Germanic word 'boar' is *baira-z and it's unrelated to the other ones. And thirdly, the name Boris designates a different animal, either 'wolf' or 'snow leopard'.
