The following two characters are available in Unicode:

<U+207F SUPERSCRIPT LATIN SMALL LETTER N> (added in Unicode 1.1)
<U+1D51 MODIFIER LETTER SMALL ENG> (added in Unicode 4.0)

However, there is no guarantee that everyone's browsers and e-mail clients can render them.
