No need to asterisk an attested OCS phrase. But <za utra ~ za ustra>
means 'tomorrow, in the morning' and has nothing to do with the summer.

You must have misread the final yer (the back one) as something palatal.
The correct reading is *ustrU, as if from *aus(t)ro-, but I'm not sure
what the actual evidence for this reconstruction is or whether it's
anything more than a ghost word haunting etymological dictionaries.
