Forgive me if I'm not clear: I didn't said that PIE has a series of vibrants or that there's some evidence for it. I've just asked about the possibility of there's such series. Maybe some irregular or apparently anormal set of correspondences. For examples, the regular shift in PIE>Indo-Iranian is *L>*R, but there's a lot of exceptions, some of tem explained as assimilations or dissimilations, but another ones still dubiously understood.

Are you thinking this might be one of the laryngeals? If not, what correspondences make you think there's any reason to think there might be another vibrant?
