I propose to make a database containing articles related to Paleo/balkan languages. It would ease alot the acces to bibliography and recent scientificall work. This would help alot - acces to new papers is rather limited, in Romania we have no acces to what is new in Bulgaria and vice-versa, etc. I am willing to contribute to it with a number of scanned articles especially from more recent Romanian authors regarding the Dacian language, for example and i could upload.
