Yes, only Marianne, her wonderfully cerebral language and its
orthographioc complexities (which President Mitterand tried, though
without success, to reduce) really exist. All the rest, especially
those insignificant 'dialects' (an abomination to truly 'Mariannean'
purists), is BS.
