s-stems in Greek: collectives

I collected in my Greek-Portuguese Dictionary 188 s-stem words in Greek. Comparing their meanings, I grouped them in vary clusters: abstracts, animal/vegetal products; organic parts, collectives and objects.
Collectives:
ethnos "nation, people" (< *swedHnos- ?)
ple:thos "multitude, crowd" (< *ple:dHos- ?)
sme:nos "swarm, beehive"
stiphos "massive group of men or ship"
telos "army"
