I advise against doing that !
"Phoque" is not especially nice to hear either,
A man may understand this as "faggot" (cf. pédé comme un phoque)
And a woman may understand it as implying she's ugly,

English f* is slangish feuk not **fok
it's not widespread.
The meaning is much weaker than in English.

I think that if you say phoque-you,
French people will probably laugh
only pheuque-you makes sense.
