Can it be that name Getae comes from word Getai, which is plural
form of name Getas, which is short form of Lithuanian pagan name
Getautas, like Vytas < Vytautas, Algis < Algirdas, Gedas < Gedminas,
Gintas < Gintautas, Minas < Minalgas,...?
