--from reading the World's finest source, Wikipedia, I see that Noricum is in the Celtic heartland
It is next to Pannonia
and the original inhabitants may have been Pannonians,
who are said to be Illyrians
To the west is Raetia
and Adolfo Zavaroni's pages don't show geminates in Raetian.
His transliteration of Raetian looks pretty much like Etruscan.
