Dear fellow members,

A new moderatorial policy for Cybalist will be announced and implemented
by the end of this week -- probably on Friday or Saturday. You may
expect some changes including the temporary moderation of _all_ members
and some mild regulatory measures to prevent excesive and off-topic
posting. Sorry for any inconvenience it may cause, but a small-scale
reform seems necessary to restore the quality of the list.
