Wups. Half-calculated: I calculated 12 x 660 feet + 10 x 660 feet but
forgot about the opposite sides, another 12 x 660 feet + 660 feet,
total 29040 feet or 5.5 miles. Still close enough, maybe, to the
general length of a "league", "lieue", "legua", or "lega". Who knows.
