Chattic geminates

I think there was a rule in NWBlock/Chattic at least for the stressed
syllable that only the two types *-V:|C- and *-VC|C- (the "|" is the
syllable boundary) were allowed in non-final position (in final
position a number of extra C's could be added), so that the stressed
syllable alway had the same length. You find something similar in
Swedish. IE words were conformed thus: PIE *-V:C- -> NWB *-V:|C_ and
PIE *-VC- -> NWB *-VC|C-, where the C has been duplicated (geminated).
