The spellings based on the Greek ones by Constantine Porphyrogenitus
are:

IavdiERTIM,
KuartsiTSUR,
Gila, <===========================
SiruKALPEIS
BoroTALMAT
CharaVON
GiaziCHOPON
VulaTSOPON

The first part is the name of a kagan, the second part is the name of
the tribe/province.

Here are the names adapted by Turk scholars to their lingo phonetics
(most of the names have been encountered in various state configurations
all over "Türkistan", i.e. between the Balkans and the Pacific Ocean)
/the i without dot is the same vowel as î or â in Romanian and bI in
Russian; c with cedilla is pronounced /tch/, g with a diacritical sign is
mute/:

1) YavdI Erdim: Parlak Erdem. Parlak atlarI olan Erdem boyu.
2) Kürekçi Çor /c^or/: Gök (Mavi) Çor. Gök (mavi) atları olan Çor'un boyu.
3) Kabuk$In Yula: Ag^aç /a'atch/ kabug^u renginde atlarI olan Yula'nIn
boyu.
4) Suru Kül-Bey: Boz atlarI olan Kül-Bey'in boyu.
5) Kara Bay: Kara atlarI olan Bay'In boyu.
6) Boru Tolmaç /tolmatch/: Koyu renkli atlarI olan Dilmaç'In
/dilmatch'In/ boyu.

(Petchenek Tolmatch = Turkey Turkish Dilmatch, and some other
chroniclers, among them the Yosef ben Gorion, wrote on the same tribe
calling it Dilmatch!)

7) YazI Kaban: Kaban boyu (net deg^ildir).
8) Bula Çoban: Alaca atlarI olan Çoban'In boyu.

(The last one is the tribe Tchoban, and one of its chiefs was Bula.)

An excerpt (that I find of good quality) from the Romanian wikipedia,
where some of the Turkish names above are explained:
