I haven't found this word **çara
I found sara and many others.

By the way, Sanscrit
sara also means salt, lake,
as in Permic zar "sea"

So we have
saru "arrow" = Mongol zoruGa "arrow"
sara "salt, lake" = Permic zar "sea"
