Okay, it looks like your hoopoe may fly yet
So add Spanish tocar, French toucher to this
If the root is in IE, AA and Altaic, then try the
others: Uralic, Caucasian, Georgian, Sumerian,
Dravidian et al.
See how far your hoopoe can fly
BTW: By Starostin --do you mean Altaic?
