You don't. A dork is an awkward, inept, (often
loud-mouthed) socially challenged person usually
without the technical skills of a geek. Definitions
vary, however.
If you've seen Animal House, the character Stork is
obvious based around the concept of dorkness.
Dorks watch the world go by and drool.
Dork is based on a variation of dick, penis -- hence
the verb "to dork".
There also exists the pseudo-Germanic dorkmeister
-meister is used a lot in US slang, depending on the
region
