A little misleading, Arnaud.

PIE *H, the "laryngeal", corresponds to PAA *?, *h, *H, and occasionally *¿.

I was talking about cases of actual -h- in Germanic
or other IE languages.

And PIE *H has more phonetic values than you think
as already stated :
*z *dz *s? *ts? *dh? are *H2
*&(ayin) is not at all occasional.

I can see you haven't made any progress....
