Yes - adjective /pær&l&l/ and noun /"pær&%lel/. (Might as well use
IPA 'æ' rather than SAMPA '{' - we've got Latin-1 at our disposal.) I
long ago concluded that I don't actually have syllabic consonants in
my speech. Sometimes I use /pær&lel/ for the adjective.
