No that's *kam-. This is *k^em- ~ *k^am- "horn" (and,
funnily enough, "hornless"[*]).

[*] Reminds one of "lucus a non lucendo", or the famous quip
about Arabic lexicography: "All Arab words have four
meanings: (1) what they mean, (2) the opposite, (3)
something to do with camels and (4) something obscene".
