Cuneiform has nothing to do with PIE.

It is an invention of the Sumerians, and developed to mind-shattering
complexity by the Babylonians and Assyrians.

What's the evidence for that? I mean aside from the theoretical
assumption that all PIE roots were of the form CVC, even though no IE
language supports that assumption.
