Scot,

Yes, your assumption is right wrt the semantics.

I repeat I have used the word cognates,  knowing fully well the meaning of the word. It just did n't gel, thats all. So, no meaning in continuing discussion on that score.

Your refusal to help me is laughable to say the least.    I can not see how discussion of economic meanings of a word has something to do with my basic or otherwise knowledge of linguistics. Any way, you were not helpful till  now.

I hope the group will discuss on the economic meanings of the word Arya.

That's a very strange statement, in view of the fact that
you apparently want to discuss the semantic range of 'the
