Another clear possibility
is the Europeans that have kidnapped
from 1500 to 1800
to be sold as slaves in Algiers, Tunis and Tripoli.
It's a part of recent history never dealt with.
About a million people have been deported from Europe to Maghreb.

This recent influx of "white" features can explain
why recessive features have not yet disappeared.

Yes, the Vandals had a short lived kingdom in North
Africa from about 430 that lasted about 100 years. But
I've seen reference to blue eyed people in North
Africa before that. There are also references to blue
