Egyptian <3> _never_ appears as /s/ in any related language.

<3w) is Pokorny's *rew6-.

Hausa t?sawô, if it actually exists, would have the Egyptian cognate Dw,
'evil', which refers to the prone position of a dead person.

There is nothing "archaic" about i_a.

It is the simple result of *wei- being combined with -*aH.
